Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Private Transmissions Membership

Private Transmissions is a monthly subscription of $44.44 per month, billed through Stripe.

You may cancel at any time, from the management link in your Stripe receipt email or by writing to connect@ahkumayase.com. Cancellation stops future billing, and your access continues until the end of the period already paid. Payments already made are not refunded on a partial or prorated basis.

If a billing error occurs, for example a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation, write to connect@ahkumayase.com and it will be corrected in full.

Live Practice and Classes

Where class or membership payments are accepted for The Remembrance Flow, the same posture applies: cancel any time, billing stops for future periods, access runs to the end of the paid period, and billing errors are corrected in full.

Future Offerings

Offerings marked "In formation", such as retreats and embodied spaces, are not currently sold. When they open, each will carry its own refund terms, presented before payment.
